A two-day destination wedding, with most guests flying in from Sweden. Each guest RSVPs individually for the Friday cocktails, the Saturday wedding and two dinners in Cape Town afterwards. Guests staying on the estate see different guidance from those booking nearby, children are looked after by nannies rather than joining the reception, and the venue, guest houses and airport share one map.

Invitations go out by email or WhatsApp, whichever each guest actually reads. Emails are sent and tracked from the dashboard; WhatsApp messages arrive pre-written with the guest's personal link, ready to send.
Travel and accommodation
Maps, directions, shuttle timings and hand-picked places to stay - with different guidance shown to guests staying on site versus those booking their own.
A live dashboard
Who has replied, who hasn't, how many for each event, and every dietary requirement - updating as replies arrive. Each household shows at a glance whether it can be reached by email, WhatsApp or neither.
Clean exports
A proper Excel workbook or a CSV with everything in it, formatted to hand straight to the venue, the caterer or the planner.

Questions we're usually asked
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the wedding and how much is involved - a single-day local wedding and a three-day destination celebration are very different pieces of work. Tell us about yours and we'll quote properly.
How long does it take?
Usually two to three weeks from our first conversation to a live site, assuming photographs and wording are ready. We can move faster when a date demands it.
Can guests RSVP without an account?
Yes. Each household gets a personal link that already knows who they are. There's a surname and passcode fallback for anyone who mislays it.
Can we change details after it's live?
Of course. Times, venues, dress code and travel notes are all editable, and guests always see the current version. No reprinting, no re-sending.
What happens to our guest data?
It's yours. It lives in your own database, it's never sold or shared, and you can export or delete all of it at any time.
Where are you based, and does it matter?
Pretoria - and no, it doesn't. The work is entirely remote: our most recent wedding is at a Stellenbosch wine estate with guests flying in from eight countries, and none of it required being in the room. Wherever you're marrying and whatever time zone your guests are in, it works the same way.
